Participant Disclaimer

In consideration of this entry being accepted through online registration, I, for myself, heirs and assigns, hereby waive and release any and all claims for personal damages I may have against the Hudson Valley Speed Camp, Hudson Valley Speed Camp coaches and volunteers, officials, sponsors, City Of Middletown School District, and other representatives and any and all owners, lessors, lessees or other persons or entities from any other claims, demands, costs, expenses and compensation arising out of or in any way related to an injury or other damage that may result to said participant or to members of my family or my household or individuals I invite or for whom I am otherwise responsible while participating in or present at the Hudson Valley Speed Camp, including any physical or other injury caused by the negligence of any person or entity described above. I hereby authorize the directors, nurses, doctors and members of the speed camp to examine, interview, test and treat my child as they deem advisable. The Hudson Valley Speed Camp is covered by limited insurance. I will be responsible for any medical charges in connection with his/her attendance at camp.
